Marine conflict cases

We engage with six case studies that span the Global South and North to generate deep insights about marine conflicts, including root causes, their relation to sustainability and possibilities for conflict transformation. The characteristics of the cases that we are studying represent marine conflict attributes that resonate more widely with sustainability challenges linked to traditional fishing livelihoods, blue growth, renewable energy, aquaculture, tourism and marine biodiversity.
